I trained with Ardie from October 2013 to July 2015. Originally, I hired him as my trainer to help me lose weight, build muscle, and essentially tone my body for my wedding in March 2014. In the 6 months leading up to the wedding, with Ardie's help, I lost about 6kg (56kg to 50kg) and had a perfectly toned upper body that looked great in my strapless wedding dress!
Even though the wedding was over, I decided to keep training with Ardie. Not only were the results I was seeing addictive, but it was also enjoyable. No two workouts with him are ever the same - he is constantly coming up with new exercises and combinations to keep you challenged, not just in terms of muscle and cardio, but also balance and concentration.
My favourite part about training with Ardie was that I felt like he understood my needs and motivation. He wouldn't get upset with me when I came back from a vacation and had gained a few pounds - other trainers seem to think that making you feel bad or shaming you is somehow motivating, but for me it does the opposite! Ardie has a good balance of understanding "real life" and working towards your goals. That means working out with him is fun, rewarding, and definitely a major ass-kicking!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ardie to anyone. If you are willing to put in the effort to survive a workout with him (which isn't easy!) you will find yourself with someone reliable, knowledgeable, creative, and of course friendly. You will get more than your money's worth. Ardie never made me feel like he was watching the clock - his priority is giving his client the best workout he can, not counting minutes on his appointments.
I truly wish Ardie and Indah all the best and success. Knowing them and training with Ardie was one of the best parts of my posting to Jakarta.

He is still allowed me to eat what i want with a good direction,amazing i still can enjoyed my life with a good shape now.
He is always drag me back into the program when i start to giving a lot of excused And back to kicking my ass with his exercise hahahaha...
He is not always giving the exercise with machine cos he trying to pushing the exercise with our own body weight and trying to giving a lot of education about free weight exercise thats why i never stuck with heavy equipment during my travelling schedule.
